     Kay founded Fresh Koru after building fermented food and beverage brands from kitchen bench to nationwide NZ distribution. 


    An Applied Science Biologist turned entrepreneur, Kay specialises in live-fermented foods and beverages – using authentic techniques at scale, with science-backed health benefits, and creating unbeatable flavours.
